No, Starbuck's power is to discard a Crisis Card as it's played, not after we've done some stuff and decide we don't like it.
Sean, I say bury it. Looking at the possibilities, this is one of the worst that could happen right now, especially with no vipers and only 1 human out of the brig.
This attack will very likely finish us off so I think your once a game power is totally worth it right now. If we get another attack, well at least we tried.
