That's a Blue-3 Chief played. Everyone, when you play a card for its text (or discard it - in fact, anything except playing it into tha check), it's always face-up. If you could post its value too that'd save me the trouble.

I'm afraid your FiLP can only modify checks from Administration and the Brig. Your friends don't have any hold over military tribunals.

And it's not Helo - it's Apollo who's the other one. I know I did everything I could to get out of the brig (and I'm limited to playing one card per check, given the fact that I'm in the Brig).
EVERY OTHER CARD PLAYED was to hold me in the Brig.
