That's a Blue-3 Chief played. Everyone, when you play a card for its text (or discard it - in fact, anything except playing it into tha check), it's always face-up. If you could post its value too that'd save me the trouble.

I believe the gist of the Pradmiral's complaint is not that Helo is a toaster (though apparently he finds their ideas intriguing and wishes to subscribe to their newsletter), but rather that he XO'd Chief Tyrol, allowing this current turn of events.

While I'd like to take the time to point out to our dear (for the moment, anyway) Pradmiral that last I checked no one has failed Dr. Baltar's Cylon test, there was a noticable lack of resources and ability to allocate such among our good crew. It's a good thing the Chief and I are able to pick up the slack.
