Maybe the Raiders knocked out Apollo's comm system?

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

More like I didn't have a chance to check b.org before work this morning. Didn't realize everyone was waiting on me. I play 1 card. Insent, BT.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

With COs, that brings us to:

Destiny: 2 cards
Apollo: 1 card
Chief: 1 card
Zarek: 3 cards
Helo: no cards
Starbuck: no cards
Tigh:

Pradmiral Tigh, you may finish the check.

I stick with what I said, I have no desire to brig anyone and with 5 cards played I think we're good and safe. If we're not, blame destiny.

I play no cards.

Results are in!

Yellow 1
Yellow 2
Green 1
Green 2
Green 2
Purple 1
Purple 3

Tally: 8 - 4 = 4. Fail! There's going to be a brigging. Members of the crew, express your shock and surprise as Pradmiral Tigh picks convicted criminal, former President Zarek, to savour the hospitality of the Brig.

Let's deal with the rest of the card.

Cylon: raiders. The last raider shoots, forlornly, at Apollo.

Die roll: 1. You can tell his heart isn't in it.

Jump Prep: yes. You have reached your first jump! I'm sending a choice of destinations to the Pradmiral. Pradmiral Tigh, when you're ready please post your choice.

Well, I wasn't in favor of a brigging, but apparently Tigh is all too happy to ensure Zarek spends some time behind bars. I'm sure Tigh will address the fleet soon.

The Pradmiral has chosen. Your new location is:

Barren Planet

All ships disappear off the board. The two pilots land on the Hangar Deck. This concludes Pradmiral Tigh's turn. Captain Apollo, I'm sending you your cards. When you're ready, please post your move and action.

Move Research Lab. Draw 1 Blue card. (We're not under attack, so there doesn't seem to be much else to do.)

Not that you're not doing a good job, Pradmiral, but it might be better for the sake of morale in the fleet to separate the Admiral and President postions now that it's quiet.
