No. You'd get two actions if you were XO'd and you stay where you are, but on your own turn you only get one action.
With the Hangar Deck busted, can I launch vipers?
Yes. The busted Hangar Deck only stops you launching yourself. Apparently that's the VIP hangar deck, all the redshirts are launched from a slingshot or something. You can launch RSVs by going to Command and activating it.

crap. I'm torn. Between sending some RSV out the aft tube to help defend the population, or firing on the lead mothership. I'm leaning towards firing on the basestar. The odds are against me, but I feel it's an action that might resolve now. The RSV can't do anything for a couple rounds. But they'd offer protection for civvie B if those raiders make it around. I'm worried that Civvie A is done for. Raq, Laga, thoughts?

I'm at work, where do I need to go for said movement of ships? I think I can move 2 ships, no? If that is the case, I would want to move A into 5 and B into sector 6.
