I'm thinking I should since I have the blue furthest away. Montreal should be easy for me to pick up on my turn since the Medic can't get both New York and London anyway. I could treat Chicago on the way.

The Medic rents a Nissan Altima and drives to Washington D.C. before grabbing a train to New York. The Medic then distributes a proven antiviral drug that has shown efficacy against the blue fever and transforms New York from a disease-ridden dystopia to an unaffordable-housing dystopia. Then she takes a short-haul flight on an American Airlines Airbus 319-100 to Montreal and hangs out at a bar next to the airport.
The Medic then draws New York (Blue) and Santiago (Yellow)
Meanwhile the Red Death appears in Manila and Zombies are spotted in Baghdad.
The situation
Oh, a little change in the map, you'll see shields around the cities protected from infection by the Quarantine Specialist.
