Done. A new station is quickly built in Baghdad and then infection spreads in Mumbai, putting it on the brink. It also spreads in Lima, putting it on the brink. Finally, there is infection in Bogota.
The yellow cube situation is not good.

If we lose this, it's 100% going to be because all the useful events showed up one round too late.
Also, if you use the Airlift now, I can grab it and reuse on my turn.
