omnis chose this phase and plays Mining Conglomerate for 2 discards. This card gives him 1 card when trading a Brown good and lets him consume up to 2 Brown goods for 1 VP each. In Phase V, if he produces more Brown goods than any other player, he draws 2 cards.

He draws 1 card after playing it, from Public Works.

Laga plays Galactic Survey: SETI for 5 discards. This 6-cost development lets her look at 2 more cards when exploring. At game end, it's worth 1 VP per Explore power plus 1 VP per world. At present it's worth 4 VPs to her.

Connie chose this phase and opted to trade. She trades a Yellow good for 5 cards, and consumes her 2 Blue goods on Epsilon Eridani and Public Works for 2 VPs and another card (total of 6).

omnis consumes his 2 goods on Galactic Trendsetters and Public Works, for 3 VPs total.

Laga also chose this phase and opted to trade. She trades a Blue good. Trade bonuses from Old Earth (+1) and Distant World (+3) mean she draws 6 cards. She consumes her Green good on Old Earth for 1 VP.

Here are the orders:

Time for some layout expansion. Phase II (Develop) is first.

Connie is the instigator and gets -1 cost. She plays Galactic Federation for 5 discards. This 6-cost development gives -2 cost on any future developments. At game end it's worth 2 VPs for each 6-cost development and 1 VP for each other development. It's currently worth 4 VPs. She then draws 1 card from Public Works.

omnis passes.

Laga plays Interstellar Bank. She gets -1 cost from Investment Credits, so it costs 1 discard. This lets her draw 1 card at the start of any Phase II.

Phase III (Settle) is next. Anyone who hasn't put in COs, please do so.

Connie plays Smuggling Lair, a Brown windfall world. It lets her consume 1 good for 2 cards. It's a military world with 1 defence; her strength is 1, from Epsilon Eridani, so she can play it.

omnis plays Volcanic World for 2 discards. This is a Brown production world. He then draws 1 card for choosing this phase.

Laga plays Space Port for 2 discards. This is a Blue production world, and gives her 2 cards when trading a Brown good. (Though at present she has no Brown worlds in her layout.) She also draws 1 card for choosing this phase.

Connie produces 2 Blue goods. She opts not to discard to produce on Damaged Alien Factory.

omnis produces 1 Blue good and 2 Brown goods. He then draws 3 cards - 1 from Comet Zone, and 2 from Mining Conglomerate because he produces the most Brown goods this phase.

Laga produces 2 Blue goods and 1 Green good. She also draws 3 cards - 1 from Gem World, and 2 from Consumer Markets, matching the number of Blue goods produced.
