Wash: Well, I wash my hands of it. It's a hopeless case. I'll read a nice poem at the funeral. Something with imagery. Zoe: You could lock the door and keep the power-hungry maniac at bay. Wash: Oh, no, I'm starting to like this poetry idea now. Here lies my beloved Zoe, my autumn flower, somewhat less attractive now she's all corpsified and gross...

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

BSG (Helo)

Ugh sorry guys but I gotta play a Mutiny card.

Luckily the president won't suffer too much from my Blackmail.

Blackmail! Helo takes 3 random skill cards from the President. They have both received updated card holdings. That really makes this next crisis card feel nicely appropriate. Helo's crisis card is:

Insubordinate Crew
Skill Check (12 GP)

Possible interrupts: IC, SR, RO, ASC, Reckless. Everyone, please pass or play. You can also send me COs for the check itself. Apollo plays first, Helo last.

I can help a lot on this check. Indeed I must in order to have 10 or fewer cards left at the end of my turn.

Helo plays Guts and Initiative 2. Destiny shall not play into this check.

Edit: unless someone puts in a TI-0.

Edit: And, of course, this check is now Reckless.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Geek & Sundry's new show involves a bunch of voice actors playing D&D together and it's excellent. I've only managed to watch about an hour and a half of the first episode, but their ability to play off one another and the DM's ability to improvise is both highly impressive and hilarious. (NSFW language and subject matter) [link] The characters also all have very distinct voices as well, but that's kind of expected, considering what the players and DM do for a living.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

BSG (Baltar)

I play 1 card.

BSG

I have everyone's play.

Insubordinate Crew: 12 GP

Destiny: 0 cards
Apollo: 1 card
Baltar: 1 card
Hoshi: 2 cards
Helo: 6 cards

Cards played:

Executive Order 1
Executive Order 1
Major Victory 2
Executive Order 2
Change of Plans 5
Launch Scout 1
Launch Scout 2
Launch Scout 2
Launch Scout 2
Unorthodox Plan 4

Tally: 22. Pass! Well, that was emphatic. No effect!

However, before we move on, this check was Reckless. Treachery draw!

Bait 0

Reckless consequences! We draw a second Treachery card, and resolve them both:

Bait 0

Well, that's a pickle. I should add two more civvies to Sector 4; unfortunately, every remaining civilian ship is already on the board. Hm. Looks like you got away with the Recklessness after all.

Finally, the two raiders move into the increasingly crowded Sector 6. That concludes Helo's turn. Apollo has opted to draw 2 Green for his variable draw. Apollo, when you're ready, please post your move and action.
