I don't think I have the brainspace right now, alas. I will enjoy my adult beverages in the peanut gallery for this game.

I thought the Cylon Fleet was interesting. I wouldn't mind trying it again.
I'm out this round.
So, I haven't played a Civilization game since Civ 2, but I downloaded Civilization: Revolution when it was free on Xbox Live last month. Finally fired it up last weekend...
It's amazing how easy it is to fall into losing sleep because of the "Just one more turn" mentality I had 20 years ago. Of course now days the pain of that missing sleep is far, far greater.
At least I should go to bed on time tonight. I have to prep my Pathfinder game so we can actually play tomorrow night.

Oh yeah. Totally. The iPad version doesn't help with that problem either.

I'll jump back in!
I vote for the Demetrius, since we haven't tried that before.

Oh yes, I remember that one. Always just one more tech advance to reach.

Excellent! That's four people so far. I seem to recall a lurker mentioning sometime around the start of last game that they'd like to join in sometime. New players are always welcome, anyone else want to give it a try?

I fired up CIV a few days ago but the computer froze around the time I got Iron Working and mostly I felt relieved.
I made the mistake of seeing what the more recent Civ games are going for these days and they're pretty cheap. I'm tempted, but the logical part of my brain is saying I really don't need a more in-depth time-sucking version of the game I'm already spending way too much time on. (Civ Rev basically being the light version of the series.)
That, and I think my gf would murder me as soon as the box arrived.
And the iPad version is the light version of it. Is that the diet version??
