All right, so the Pop loss makes me a little warier to jump early, but a Raider activation has the possibility of taking out 5 civvies if Hot Dog goes down on the first hit, which would be worse than a 3-Pop loss.
Hot Dog, how are you looking out there, offensively and defensively? I could try to clear out that sector some more, which could help us wait for one more Jump icon.

Well, bugger. I left my memory stick at home today. And this matters because I just realised I forgot Hot Dog's Piloting draw when the Ehrmentraut got all 'sploded. I should take care of that. We can keep moving this turn forward (and I do remember the next couple of crisis cards, so that's not a problem), but when I get a chance, I'll do Hot Dog's Red draw.

I think I'm in good position to do some damage up here, and I believe I have some more piloting cards coming my way which might mean even more damage is possible.

For what is an XO but a promise? A promise from the future to the present, and I wanted to develop this further but then I realised two-timing is pretty much the essence of the XO. So. Hot Dog, you have received an XO. You may either move and take an action, or not move and take two actions. When you're ready, please post your orders. (You can wait for your Memento card draw if you wish, or if you don't think it'll affect your play, you can just go ahead right away. I'll Memento you when I get the chance.)

I have sent Hot Dog his Memento card draw, which put him (briefly) at 12 cards. He needed to discard one anyway, and as we're trying to rectify an oversight from a previous turn, I had him discard back to 10 cards immediately. His discards are:
