Everyone passes on interrupts. The check begins! And in fact I have everyone's play there too:
Witch Hunt:
10 (6) YG
Destiny:
2 cards
Hot Dog:
1 card
Apollo:
0 cards
Athena:
0 cards
Zarek:
1 card
Cally:
0 cards
Baltar:
2 cards
Romo:
1 card
Cards played:
Consolidate Power 1
Consolidate Power 2
At Any Cost 5
Declare Emergency 5
Run Interference 5
Bait 0
Violent Outbursts 4
Tally: 13 - 9 = 4. Fail!
Furthermore, the VO-4 sends Romo Lampkin to Sickbay. The B-0 adds a civilian ship to Sector 4. Next, the fail effect means that Morale falls by 1, and Romo must choose another character to go to Sickbay. He can't choose himself, as he's already there. Romo, when you're ready, please post who will join you in Sickbay.
BSG (Zarek)
Unless someone tossed the Bait into the check to get rid of it, someone spiked the check. Candidates include Hot Dog, who is the only person who played and draws Red, and Baltar, who recently drew Treachery. But with so few people playing into this check, it would be foolish to spike, so it's probably more likely that the Treachery Baltar drew was Bait.
Either way, Destiny frakked us
again.
BSG (Apollo)
Yeah, I'm beginning to be pretty dubious that it's all destiny that's been frakking us all this time.
BSG (Zarek)
The apparent Destiny cards have been suspiciously high. Almost intentionally high.
BSG (Romo)
Yeah I think our cylon has just been lucky that destiny hasn't played two negative cards as of yet.
Since he can get out right away I choo choo choose
Hot Dog
to join me in sick bay.
BSG
Hot Dog joins Mr Lampkin in Sickbay, on suspicion of being a witch. Finally, the jump track gets moving again.
That concludes Romo Lampkin's turn. Hot Dog, you start your turn in Sickbay, which means you may draw just one card. When you're ready, please post your choice of colour (from your usual skill set).

I hope it was just an oversight, that you forgot the penalty of landing in sickbay, is you draw less cards. Not only that, but we have nobody in the air, in case of an attack. The wiser choice would have been the player before you, so they had ample time to be XO'd.

BSG (Hot Dog)
Yeah, this pretty much frells my card draw and pulls me out of the air where I was already set up in a defensive position.
