Just a quick state-of-play: Cottle had put in COs for what he would do if XO'd; however, that was before Leoben and Baltar made their suggestions. In fairness, I've requested his confirmation as to what he'd like to do considering everyone's advice.

All has been revealed in COs. Cottle discards a Trust Instincts 0, and fires on Sector 3.
