Well, as a civilian, I can't really mutiny, and there's not much I can do with a military title. I do however have friends who can call for Impeachment!

Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.
As an observer, I think this is the most backstabbing and distrust I've seen since the early game where everyone except Apollo ended up in the brig.

I could Infiltrate the Fleet, that counts as an action and lets me move to any location on Galactica so I'd still have another action available to me.
