Well, that didn't make things much better. There's only one thing for it: Moar Panic! For his regular action, Hoshi declares a State of Emergency 6. Food falls by 1, and now everyone gets either a move or an action. Hoshi goes first. Everyone else, you can send me COs for your orders if you wish.
And I have some orders here from Hoshi. Let's see... Ok, we're going to continue with that whole panic theme: Fleeeeee! Hoshi reveals one of his loyalty cards:

Helo, Hoshi has left some lovely parting gifts for you: The Admiralty, 1 nuke and his dog-eared copy of The Idiot's Guide to Battlestars. With some rather interesting notation on page 2,832. Oh, and he also passes you his unrevealed loyalty card. Wear it in good health.
That finishes Hoshi's SoE action. Unlike an XO, when a Cylon reveals under these circumstances, we continue resolving the SoE. Apollo, you're up next. You may either move or take an action. When you're ready, please post your orders.
Oh, one last comment: because Hoshi played a CS this round, no one can play an XO for their action. Carry on.
