I'd rather try to raise a resource with a plan in mind, so instead I am going to issue a Presidential Order and assume the Admiralty because I don't trust anyone anymore. (Sorry, Helo, nothing personal, but I'm guessing Hoshi was our pre-Sleeper Cylon, and I'm not taking the chance that you didn't turn after Sleeper.)
