Given that there are any number of things that can happen between now and the next two jump icons, does anyone have a better suggestion then getting Helo out of the medbay and back in the sky?

If you have an XO, I think that's the best idea. Nothing to fix. Nothing to shoot at. About the only other thing would be jump early before crap arrives. But, I think it would be better to wait on that.
As to your other question. I think secrecy rules do not allow me to say what the card said. I will say, it didn't help me solve the big question of who spiked that first round.

You can say whether Helo is or is not a Cylon. We don't have to believe you. You can't mention anything specific about what was on the card, like a Personal Goal or a Reveal power or anything.

That leaves Baltar! If it's not you. Baltar, whom we shouldn't brig.
Assuming we don't have two Cylons, however, I think that means Helo's clean, because unless Hoshi is ALSO a Cylon, there would be no reason for him to lie about Helo's being human.
Man, I should have Airlocked one of you. I would have had a 50/50 chance.

Apollo is correct. You can say whether or not Helo is a Cylon (and you can tell the truth or lie). You can't disclose anything further, like Personal Goals or reveal powers.

I haven't ruled out the possibility, the person who revealed the first check was spiked, was the person who spiked it. Again, can't prove, but, it's not outside the realm of possibilities.
But yes, we shouldn't brig Baltar.
You also forget to mention YOU. Not that I'm saying you are a Cylon. Just saying I haven't ruled you out (just as you haven't ruled me out).
Helo's card said he is *not* a Cylon. Believe me, if you like. Disbelieve me, if you like. I suppose that means, either we are both Cylon, or we are both Human.
