Ergh. Were I not up next(and low on cards) I'd volunteer for the perp sweat, since I know questions have been raised. Unfortunately, Helo and Apollo are in positions where they should probably stay, and we already know where Leoben's loyalty lies. So maybe Cottle by default? He'll have plenty of chances to be XO'd out.....

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

BSG (Apollo)

Cottle is the only one who couldn't possibly have spiked that first check, so if we get a Loyalty check, I'd rather we try to learn something new. Of course, I've already voiced suspicions about Hoshi, so I would take any answer as suspect anyway. The Sickbay issue does make it tricky.

I completely agree with this. This is a valuable opportunity to try and exclude someone from suspicion.

Of course, I've already voiced suspicions about Hoshi, so I would take any answer as suspect anyway.
I hear ya on it. Obviously I disagree with your suspicions. But then again, who doesn't disagree when accused of being a Cylon.

The Sickbay issue does make it tricky.
Only a little bit. Since the skies are clear, it's not huge. Unless you are running low on cards. Then, yeah, it's a bit of an issue.

Apollo, aside from me, is there anyone else you are suspicious of?

Based on card count (hey, it's as good a way of doing as any), I would say between Helo and Apollo. Doc is out just by process of elimination with spiked checks. I can't check myself (well, I could, but it wouldn't solve anything).

You and Baltar, although Baltar has been pretty helpful lately, so...mostly you then. I feel like I haven't gotten enough from Helo to really exclude him. So I would also agree with either Helo or me. I'm clean and I have nothing to hide, so if you check me and accuse me, I'll know you're metal, which means that you have to say I'm human, in which case no one learns anything.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

BSG (Leoben)

If you check Helo or Apollo they also have a few turns to get XO'd out of sickbay.

OK, then I pick Option 1 , and pick Helo to investigate.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

Helo heads to Sickbay for some enhanced interrogation techniques! His loyalty card is going out to the Admiral.

One last detail: Cottle's treachery draw pushed him up to 11 cards again. He discards a Personal Vices 3.

That concludes Leoben's turn. Baltar's cards are going out. Baltarnate, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Hmmmm.

Given that there are any number of things that can happen between now and the next two jump icons, does anyone have a better suggestion then getting Helo out of the medbay and back in the sky?

Also, Admiral? What was the upshot of your experiment?

If you have an XO, I think that's the best idea. Nothing to fix. Nothing to shoot at. About the only other thing would be jump early before crap arrives. But, I think it would be better to wait on that.

As to your other question. I think secrecy rules do not allow me to say what the card said. I will say, it didn't help me solve the big question of who spiked that first round.
