Hey Omnis, how's Skyrim ? What platform are you playing on? What sort of character are you building? Do you have any of the DLC? Want hints?
Only played that first night (Monday?? this week has been a blur).
Xbox 360.
I think I did a wood elf, female. So far, have gotten (spoiler font in case folks haven't played)
the bear claw thingy for the general store guy, and the dragonstone for the wizard dude in the castle of the guy who wants to stay out of the fight. Then, when delivering the dragonstone, they recruited me to fight a dragon that was attacking a tower. I shot the damn thing down, but then fell off the top of the tower, looking over to see if it was alive.
At that time, it was 2am, and I had to be at work in the morning, so I took that as a sign to stop.
No clue what the DLC is, so guessing I don't have any.
Always happy to learn hints. I like playing the games, but not the best at doing it. So any hints will be welcome.

Friends, Galacticans, shipmates, lend me your ears. That's right it's time for an
Inspirational Speech.
Did we give up when the Germans attacked Pearl Harbor? Need I say more? Of course not, not with this
SP-4
You all know what I'm talking about.
BSG (Starbuck)
I feel moved. Uplifted. Am I the only one?
Toe
Ga!
Toe!
GA!
TOGA!!!
BSG (Roslon)
Don't listen to the President, puny human scum!
Pearl Harbor hasn't even happened yet!
Neither has Germany. Cottle is clearly out of his right mind, and I should know; I've hit the chamala once or twice.
BSG (Pradmitrator Cottle)
All this has happened before and will happen again blah blah blah for the Gipper!
BSG
In an effort to get the fleet to pull together, Pradmitrator Cottle promises that he himself will quit smoking where anyone can see him. Will it work?
Die roll: 5 + 2 = 7. Pass!
The fleet is inspirationised by the news that its chief medical officer will stop being so obvious about slowly killing himself. Morale increases to 2!
Cottle has one action remaining. Pradmitrator Cottle, when you're ready, please post your orders.
BSG (Pradmiral Cottle)
Woo!
Well, enough Presidenting, time for some Doctoring. Kara, that night in the brig seems to have left you a little rough around the edges. You need Doc Cottle's Patented Elixir of Health and General Tonic of Well-being (100 proof).
Draw 2R to give Starbuck The Treatment.
here's a few
Skyrim hints
sneak as much as you can and you'll level up faster. If you get stuck in sneak mode, sit in the next chair you see and that should unstick you.
Gather every ingredient you see and start crafting potions. (taste the ingredients to see what they do and you can find an alchemy lab in the potion store in the town where you killed the dragon)
Pretty soon you'll be sent to see someone who lives at the top of a lot of steps. On the way you will meet a troll. Run away! You cannot kills trolls until you are much higher level but you can outrun them.
Skyrim
I've been pretty much collecting every thing that can be collected. If nothing else, to sell. Sadly, sold some gems, not knowing those can be enchanted (or something like that).
So with the potions. Do I craft and then taste? Or taste then craft? I'm still a little fuzzy on the potions thing.
BSG
Cards sent to Cottle. When you're ready, please let me know which cards to pass to Starbuck.
