Administrative note: Roslin's card draw exhausted the Politics deck. I've reshuffled the discards.
BSG
Roslin's orders:
Move: Play Preventative Policy 3 to protect Food.
Action: Discard Red Tape 0, Major Victory 2 to activate the President's Office.
First card sent. You may now either draw another Quorum card, or play one from your hand. When you’re ready, please post your orders.
BSG (Roslin)
I just returned from Comic-Con—I mean, um, Kobol-Con—and I cannot come up with any good flavor text for the fact that it is time for some Truth and Reconciliation.
I am really tired of these "discard half your hand" options, especially after I got a pretty good draw, so I choose Option 1 and send Adama to the Brig, mostly because I can easily get him out anyway with a Quorum card (and then give a rousing Speech). Don't worry, honey.
Cottle, you can probably take out the basestar on your turn, and then hopefully Adama can XO me and we'll be back to normal.
BSG (Starbuck)
Wiat, did I miss something?? You were stoking the Quorum fire, and now you are playing a crisis card?? Is this the one with option 1 having a -1 to Morale? One of our lowest resources???
BSG (Roslin)
A) Yes, I was stoking the Quorum fire. All Quorum cards are not useful immediately. And sometimes you get a card on the second draw that is useful but cannot be played.
B) I...I always choose a Crisis Card? This isn't new? Like...the Quorum + Crisis combo is basically how President Roslin works?
C) Morale is one of the easiest resources to raise.
D) Unlike Fuel, which is lower.
E) Don't freak out.
