You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

still new to this

Oh me too. Were it not for Random's hint I would have no frakkin clue what to do during a cylon attack.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

You're Gaius Baltar. What's wrong with the time-honoured practice of shrieking like a little girl and rushing to your quarters for a fresh pair of pants?

I feel like we are waiting on me, and I'm waiting on clarification of advice from conflicting parties. I'm going with CAG on this one, and holding in Sector 6. I'm not leaving my wingman, even if it is a RSV. I learned something from Maverick!

Game Master, read me my fates. What do the gods say is my crisis.

Hey, a huge part of this game is managing conflicting advice from the rest of the folks. I mean ,in the show Adama had Saul to advise him.

Skill Check it is! This one is a 12 YGP.

Before playing into the check, I need decisions on interrupts from everyone, per the email I sent out. Twelve hours to send them in (emailed to me or posted here). You can send me conditional orders for your cards for the Skill Check at the same time if you want.

After interrupts are in, the order in which cards will be played into the check is as follows:

Destiny Deck
Adama
Roslin
Baltar
Apollo
Boomer

Adama puts one card in.

Just for morale, really, because I doubt we'll pass it and even if we fail the check we might not lose population.

Contrary to what you all may think, Gaius Baltar can help. A little.

Big talk, Dr. Baltar. However, now is the time for you to prove your loyalty with action!

(i.e. we are past the declaration of support and into the actual playing of cards. I can't play my cards until you do. The system works a bit like this:

1. Crisis declared

2. Players discuss whether to play cards to try and beat crisis or to take the alternative. This is where you say whether you can help a little or a lot or not at all.

3. Player drawing the card decides whether to play cards or take the alternative based on the discussion in pt.1 above, or the voices in his/her head.

4. If player who drew the card decides to try and overcome the challenge then each player in turn declares how many cards s/he is putting into the pot (0-10).

5. Crisis resolved either for or against players.

6. Rinse and repeat for the next player.
