No studying? Damn! Next thing they'll tell me is I'll have to eat jelly doughnuts or sleep with a supermodel to get things done around here. I ask you, how much can one man give?

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

BSG

A couple of notes about this game. We are playing with both the Ionian Nebula and Conflicted Loyalties. We have four players, which means:

1. There was only one Cylon card shuffled into the loyalty deck. The Cylon (whether they discover their true nature now or at Sleeper Phase) will play solo. Because at least one loyalty card always remains in the loyalty deck, there is even an outside chance that this game will wind up with no Cylons.

2. We are playing the official No Sympathiser variant. This means that Food, Morale and Population all start lower than usual. It also means that revealed Cylons draw one additional card each turn.

3. We have two new characters from the Daybreak expansion in play, Doc Cottle and Admiral Louis Hoshi. These characters are part of a sneak preview of the expansion. We have not yet seen the new orders of succession; I've made my own judgment calls on where they both fall in line for President and Admiral. (Currently, Cottle ranks second in line for President and third in line for Admiral; Hoshi ranks first in line for Admiral and third in line for President.)

If anyone has any questions about anything to do with the game, please let me know.

What else besides ramen can you scoop? YOU CAN SCOOP THIS WORLD FROM DARKNESS!

BSG

Can you send details on the Allies?

All right, my lovely constituents, let's get this show on the road! And by on the road I mean let's get out of here because we're already under attack aaaaahhh.

I chill in my office and XO-2 Starbuck. Get out there and start shooting, girl!

Well, I can at least get out there, but I won't have enough fuel to burn to the Raiderss. But I can get a good head start.

BT, refresh my memory. When the Raiders activate, do they default to civvies, or to any fleet ships? Trying to decide which tube to shoot from, and which would get me in the action fastest.

A raider activation will do this:

1. If there are any fleet ships in the same sector, open fire in this order: RSVs, piloted vipers, civilian ships.
2. If no enemies in the same sector, move towards the nearest civilian ship(s). Ignore vipers. If civvies in both directions are equidistant, move clockwise.
3. If no civvies left on the board, fire at Galactica.

In the current set-up, the raiders will travel clockwise towards the civvies in S4, unless other civvies are added or they get something to shoot at in S1.

Damn, it's been forever since I've been a pilot. Let's see if I remember how to do this right.

MOVE: none.

ACTION: Launch into sector 6 (and let's hope I get to move again before they activate)

Now I get an extra action. But flying to a diffferent sector doesn't count as an action, right?

It does. When piloting a viper, you can spend an action to move to an adjacent sector.

Very well! You have been moved. Deeply moved. As has the President, or perhaps 'transported' is the correct term. Religious Visions are on their way.

GS: If you had to choose between kicking evil in the head or the behind, which would you choose, and why? Minsc: I'm not sure I understand the question. I have two feet, do I not? You do not take a small plate when the feast of evil welcomes seconds.

Doesn't he also get an action from launching?
