I would say repair either Main Batteries or Weapons Control. Probably Main Batteries, since Pegasus is our shield.

Cally can move anywhere on Galactica. Main Batteries is not on Galactica.

Boooooo, when Galactica gets DAMAGED, Pegasus counts, but when Galactica gets FIXED, Pegasus don't want none of that.
