I don't know Doc Cottle well enough to judge his mood or not, but you know how it is with these NPC's it can go either way - not every encounter that at first seems good ends up being good and not every encounter that first seems bad ends up being bad. On the other the hand it could all be bad or all be good.

Oh, gods, Pegasus is halfway gone already, and I'm the only one who could potentially be sent to Sickbay, so let's spread the damage around to Galactica.

Galactica takes her first hit! And it is... Weapons Control. Well, of course it is. Gaeta lands in Sickbay after all! (Incidentally, a note on NPCs: If Hot Dog were still in Weapons Control, this hit would remove him and a replacement NPC would be drawn.)

Oh dear. This is not good. We have lost the ability to knock off that damaged basestar! I think repair of main batteries would be better, it's use could impact a whole sector, and help pull Pegasus from the brink. Thankfully FTL isn't hit, and we are in the blue with the jump track. BT, what is the possible penalty for jumping now?
