I like your idea of protecting Civvie F if we can. It does make more sense for Chief to repair on his turn for that 1-2 punch thing. Chief, can you move to Comms with your xo?
We are still too early to jump. Still in the red. If the gods favor us, we will get a jump icon with the next crisis card. In the meantime, maybe we should follow the Admiral's suggestion, and get a new skipper.

First things first. With Hot Dog disappearing in a cloud of belligerence and horndogging, a new NPC appears. President Baltar has company; Laura Roslin appears in the President's Office. Mr Gaeta, you now place one of your trauma tokens on Roslin. Let me know what kind of mood she's in.
