Curses. Yes, it would have been great if he had helped out.
Okay, well, Starbuck needs to spend her turn shooting things, and Baltar shouldn't XO Chief, so I will
play SP-3
and
XO-2 Chief.
I think we should maybe just jump early if we can.
BSG (President)
I like your idea of protecting Civvie F if we can. It does make more sense for Chief to repair on his turn for that 1-2 punch thing. Chief, can you move to Comms with your xo?
We are still too early to jump. Still in the red. If the gods favor us, we will get a jump icon with the next crisis card. In the meantime, maybe we should follow the Admiral's suggestion, and get a new skipper.

Gaeta plays an SP-3 on the die roll.
Die roll: 3 + 2 = 5. Pass!
Hot Dog's rabble-rousing ways are kept under wraps.
Gaeta then plays an XO-2 on Chief Tyrol. Chief, you may either move and take an action, or stay in Sickbay and take two actions. When you're ready, please post your orders.
BSG (Gaeta)
Die roll: 3 + 2 = 5. Pass!
SWEET. I love when the SP is actually necessary.
BSG (President)
Nice one G!!!
BSG (Gaeta)
Well, I took the gamble; I figured I owed the team.
BSG(Talky Chief-a)
Makes sense to me. I will
Move to Comms
and
Activate Comms.

First things first. With Hot Dog disappearing in a cloud of belligerence and horndogging, a new NPC appears. President Baltar has company;
Laura Roslin
appears in the President's Office. Mr Gaeta, you now place one of your trauma tokens on Roslin. Let me know what kind of mood she's in.
Chief Tyrol has activated Communications, and looks at ships E and F (which I am sorely tempted to rename the Eberron and Furyondy). Ships' manifests sent. Chief, when you're ready, please advise where to send them.
BSG(Chief-Talking)
Hmmm. Given the RSVs are at a serious disadvantage here, maybe I should get everybody under Starbuck? I think it's OK to say: We want to protect both these ships. On the other hand, that puts them in with the raiders too.....
Hey, bt? Does the minus to the RSV rolls only affect the attack roll? Does it affect anything when the raiders attack RSVs?
BSG (Gaeta)
Civvie F is actually very well protected, and, now that I think about it, we should have been looking at one of Starbuck's charges. Civvie E could potentially be a decoy to lure the 6 Raiders down to Sector 2 instead of letting them hit Sector 6, but Sector 6 has some protection.
What's about to happen to Sector 4 is that in the next Raider activation, Starbuck could possibly be toast unless she can Run Interference, and then the other Raiders move in, and suddenly she's facing 9 Raiders and every civvie there is probably dead. So that is not a good place to be right now.
