You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

You encounter an NPC if you're in the same location at the end of your Movement Phase. Launching occurs as your Action; so if you want to launch, you need to be on the Hangar Deck at the end of your Movement, and will therefore encounter Kat.

When you launch, you can launch into either Sector 5 or Sector 6. You get a bonus action too, which you can use to move from Sector 5 to Sector 4 (or instead to scout, XO someone, make piu piu noises at the RSV, as your fancy moves you.

BSG (Starbuck)

I can XO someone as my bonus action, can anyone make solid use of this, or should I just do the hop to Sector 4?

Either way I'm launching in my viper into Sector 5, so I guess we'll find out shortly how things worked out with Kat.

BSG (President)

It's not super crucial at this time, but if you have an xo, I'd love a jump start getting to Air Force One, so I can start working the Quorum. Sitting here in Research Lab is useless. However, getting you to the civvies side, and/or moving a RSV as well with the civvies, would be nice.

Starbuck ends her Movement Phase still on the Hangar Deck, and encounters Kat! Kat has a question for her:

"Hey Starbuck, are you holdin'?... Did William Holden come to the party last night? You got Holden Caulfield in there?"

Yes, Kat suffers from a Stim Addiction (Antagonistic). Starbuck discards three cards; I have orders to discard:

Executive Order 2
Launch Scout 1
Protect the Fleet 0

Kat wanders off, apparently satisfied; meanwhile, Baltar has company. Brother Cavil appears in the Research Lab. Starbuck, what kind of mood is he in? Let me know which trauma token you place on him.

Starbuck then activates the Hangar Deck to launch into Sector 5. Starbuck, you get a bonus action after launching. When you're ready, please post your orders.

Behind the times, I am. Starbuck moves to Sector 4. Well, that's clear provocation right there. How will the Cylons react? You don't have the Cylon Fleet module in this game, which means that we instead get to share the joy of Cylon attack cards! Like this one:

Dogfight
Cylon Attack

First, raiders activate; they move to Sector 2. Then we add the new ships. That concludes Starbuck's turn. Baltar's cards are going out. President Baltar, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Holy Frak. Well, I suppose, the good news is, we get that card out of the waay really early on. Bad news, that Stem sucker just plucked some cards from our Ace pilot.

OK, folks, I'm a little nervous about this guy who just appeared in my lab. I mean, what the hell? I know this room does me no good. I'm thinking of heading to the Presidents Ship, and starting to work the quorum. Anyone have any better ideas for a politician?
