omnis, pursue. That's an order from a shy woman who can use M-16. - Shir

I have a theory that you're more likely to inherit traits that your master had. I've seen some clustering of abilities from Peeeeeeev's pupils but I'm not sure if there's really a pattern.
Master brute shares only one trait with student brutes. Master Brute has 2 of them. Other three brutes have 1, 2, and 3 (crazy how that worked out). Not saying the theory is busted, just adding additional data.

Primary has 89 hp level 6. Secondary have 69hp-L5, 111hp-L5, and 80hp-L4.

Oh, and Omnis, here's a really good reason why I love Team Fortress 2 - the sense of humor. This [link] is to a whole bunch of movies about the cast of the game. They're great and have only gotten better with each release. The Heavy was the first one released and is probably the first to watch. Just make sure you watch The Spy last. You really want to build up to that one.

You should know I'm a big deal in the Resistance.

My mom now has a brute called Mom Thing. She kicked both my brutes' asses.

I just watched the reply of her match versus your Lagaretta, and you were unlucky to have your opponent dodge all of your swings with that big frikkin' club.

And, in case you've never noticed, you can rewatch a match by clicking on the words describing the outcome on the lower right of your 'cell'.

cool! Funny, there was already a brute named Slap Chop. I created Roonil Wazlib who beat Mom Thing, but then Lagaretta kicked Roonil's ass.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

I've been pretty bored at work these days so I have several auxilliary backup Brutes that I've been fighting with when Alterjess runs out for the day.

My favorite right now is a teeny blonde Brute named Grr-Arghhh who HAS a big club if she needs it but prefers to just punch people.

And Evil Laugh, who can steal weapons. Now that is a handy trick.

I just created a level 1 character - Covenborn - who came within a whisker of beating my level 7 character - Death Spigot.

I think they've tweaked it so you can only get xp from pupils who aren't yours. Clearly I need more pupils (hint hint).

move out and draw fire

OK, I'll make you a pupil. Sarcastica's a crappy fighter anyway.

ETA Curses! Site is down again.

Oh well, back to World of Goo.

Okay people who are bored at work, but may be looking for a more advanced time waster....

Who here likes Risk? Well, there's a web site called Conquer Club [link] that has a whole bunch of different Risk boards available.

The free membership allows you to play in up to four games at a time, allows you a somewhat limited selection of boards to play from, and you cannot create password protected private games.

The premium membership costs $25 for a year, allows you access to the entire selection of boards, and allows you to play in up to 20 games at a time.

I have not succumbed to the premium membership yet, only because even $25 is kind of a lot to ask right now, but I'd like to purchase one soon.

We're all getting played with, babe. -Weird Barbie

Sean, do not, under any circumstance, let ND get a membership. Apparently playing strategy games with him is even more frustrating than playing against him in driving games. (Then again, you're a pretty crafty guy, so you probably wouldn't get your ass handed to you as would happen to me. Nonetheless, fair warning!)
