OK I did not draw an xo so I will stay put and play R-1 to repair a MKVII
Why stop there? Hell, repair two!
All Mk VIIs are now flight-ready. Now we just need to find someone to fly them. How about we give everyone a breathalyser test to see who'd be safe in the cockpit? Cally's crisis card is:
Mandatory Testing
Skill Check (13 YG)
Possible interrupts: IC, SR, Reckless. Everyone, please pass or play.
BSG (Cally)
I
play SR-3
I can help with the check. A partial pass would be good but a full pass could be even better.
BSG (Apollo)
I am pretty much all out of help for a while.
BSG (Roslin)
It's all right; I can help a good bit in this check. I
play one card.
BSG
Technically we were still on interrupts, but what the hell. Everyone passes on further interrupts.
Mandatory Testing:
13 YG(B)
Destiny:
2 cards
Roslin:
1 card
Adama:
1 card
Chief:
1 card
Apollo:
0 cards
Cally:
Cally is last to play. (Look at all those COs!)
BSG (Roslin)
Oh, sorry, jumped the gun!
BSG
Here we go. Cards played:
Executive Order 2
Declare Emergency 3
Declare Emergency 4
At Any Cost 5
Evasive Manoeuvre 2
Establish Network 0
By Your Command 1
Tally: 14 - 3 = 11. Partial Pass.
But Cally enacts her Quick Fix to remove the EM-2.
Tally = 13. Pass!
Cally's loyalty card is going to Pradmiral Adama.
Finally, the basestar launches a heavy raider, and the jump track advances. That concludes Cally's turn. Roslin's cards are going out. Ms Roslin, when you're ready, please post your move and action.

Okay, first I want to deconstruct that turn a little bit. There were two negative cards, which I generally assume came from Destiny, but it was a closed check, so it would have been possible to come from a player. But it didn't in this round for sure, right, because one was treachery which no one has drawn, and one was red, which only Apollo draws, but he didn't play this round. Is that all correct?
So Destiny must have played both negatives, and any Cylon(s) we have must be playing clean at the moment.
I will also be very interested in hearing what the Pradmiral has to say about Cally's loyalty card.
Okay, so for my turn! Well, I had some interesting things to do until SOMEONE took my presidency from me. I am finding my limitation, which means I have to give up cards to activate a location, well, limiting.
So I could vie to take back the Presidency, if anyone else out there is uncomfortable with us having a Pradmiral.
Or I could maybe move to Comms or somewhere, knowing it would burn up three cards to get there and to activate it.
Or I could try to build up my hand so I can be more effective later.
Any input?
