It pains Adama, but not as much as it pains Destiny. First, the three revealed Cylons (Baltar, Leoben and Apollo) each receive two Treachery cards. Next, the destiny deck discards its entire contents:

It is rebuilt with six Treachery cards. (The complex Destiny house rules with which we're playing are on hold until this deck is exhausted. Once that happens, Destiny will be rebuilt with three cards from each deck.) Administrative note: building the destiny deck exhausted the Treachery deck. I've reshuffled the discards.
