The bomber is apprehended long before he ever reaches the President's Office. No Effect! Well, that's not entirely accurate. This was a Reckless check, and Cally added a BL-1 to the mix, which now triggers. The basestar from Sector 4 of the CFB appears in Sector 1 of the main board, while the CSS Binturong appears on the other side of Galactica.
Next, the heavy raider activation launches a heavy raider from the new basestar, and marches the Lannisters forward another step. Finally, the jump track advances. That concludes Tory's turn. Cally, when you're ready, please post your choice of card draw.
