I can go after those Raiders. I don't know whether the Heavy Raider or the Basestar should be our second priority. If the Heavy Raiders are going to follow us, we really have to take them out, but they're going to be hard to kill without SPs.

If you're going to activate it right away, I think Command. If you're going to XO someone or something, Weapons Control.
