If I don't spend a skill card to move will I still have to discard?

If you're still over ten cards at the end of your turn you will. If you spend any cards on your crisis card (e.g. if it has a skill check, or "Current player discards"), then you won't have to.

Hmmmph. You might have done better to go to Comms and moved C and one of A&B. Even with the bonus action, you can't launch, move, AND attack. And we're reaching the point where knowing if the Fuel ship is in the air can make a difference of a whole round of launching.

When you evacuate a ship, you have the option of riding it up to your choice of location on Galactica. Do you wish to do so, or remain in the Shipyard?

Edit: while I'm at it, do you want to evacuate the ship to Sector 5 or Sector 6?
