I don't think any of us are in a position to make an XO worth it. Can you come over to OA and be Presidential? Give another speech? Other than that, there's the Shipyard, since Gaeta and I took care of the Occupational Forces.

BSG (Felix)
Yeah, I'd lean toward putting you in OA. I was intending to head to the shipyard myself and start prepping ships, but I ran into someone on the way that needed FACEPUNCHING. I still intend to head there and do that, and there's not much else going on meanwhile. So yeah, if there's anything interesting in the Quorum, that's probably our best bet at the moment.
BSG (Tory the Inspirator)
I move to OA and play Inspirational Speech.
I will also interrupt myself with an SP-3 a strategically planned speech is just what we need.
People of the free fleet! Everything is going to be fine.
BSG
I presume you're activating the Occupation Authority, so you may draw a Quorum card too. Card sent. Now, let's see if the people are inspired, or if they're too busy groaning under the yoke of oppression to listen:
Die roll: 4 + 2 = 6. Pass! Morale increases by 1.
In addition, playing a Quorum card causes two things:
1. Due to your Adaptability, you may draw 2 skill cards of your choice. When you're ready, please post your choice.
2. There will be a die roll to see whether you are sent to Detention. Possible interrupts: SP. Everyone, please pass or play. You can send me COs for Calcs too.
BSG
I feel inspired! But not inspired enough to keep you out of Detention. Pass on interrupts.
BSG (Gaeta)
I..did not know that was going to happen. Anyway, I can't help with interrupts but there may be something I can do if you end up stuck.
BSG
I..did not know that was going to happen.
It's fairly well hidden in the Pegasus expansion - it only appears on the President card. I mentioned it in the New Caprica primer I sent to all the players.
BSG (Gaeta)
So you did. Which I swear I read. It just got by me.
BSG
It doesn't really stand out. Unless you're the President, maybe. New Caprica can take some getting used to.
BSG
I have COs from the Admiral to play an SP-3 on the Detention die roll. Now, the wording of the die roll says "When you play a Quorum card", while the wording of Tory's Adaptable ability says "After any player uses the action on a Quorum card". The Detention roll therefore happens first, i.e. now:
Die roll: 7 + 2 = 9. Pass! The President remains free. Once Tory posts her choice of skill card draw, we'll move on to her crisis.
