This is a tough one, I don't have anything that can help with the die roll for a shot from the CIC. We don't have anyone in Command do make the best use of the RSV that is with the heavy raiders. How bad is it if we get boarded? We just need to make it to the auto jump.
If someone has a PP can we jump early and use that to prevent the population loss, or do I have to be holding a PP?

Yeah, you'd be playing the PP as your movement phase. The heavy raiders are worrisome, and someone down there could move and get one attempt off.

It has to be you, a PP can only be played in the current player's movement phase.
20% of all crisis cards have a heavy raider activation. About 57% of crisis cards have a jump icon.
