That means that Treachery cards with a skill check effect will trigger the consequence, even if the check is not Reckless.
Balls. Never mind then. I can still help a little, though. If we go all out, however, and take the damage, it could end up being worth it? Only if double-blue is great, which it doesn't seem to be. Dammit, stupid consequences.
Of course, if Destiny triggers the consequence, I guess we can do whatever the hell we want. Tory, your committee includes seers, right?
