Helo fires at the basestar:
Die roll: 1 + 2 = 3. The Admiral, being unfamiliar with the controls of this newer basestar, has managed to damage Pegasus instead! Specifically, Pegasus CIC. Oops. Helo returns to Galactica on a stretcher.

Oh, frakking hell. We are definitely in the downward spiral of OH SHIT OH SHIT OH SHIT that tends to define this game now.
As for the crisis...cripes, Helo just discarded cards! But Tory wouldn't lose any cards. Yet, losing Food isn't great. I don't know.
