Because there is an IC on this check, all cards (including Destiny) will be played face up. This means that if anyone would like to put in COs, you can make them conditional on the running tally as at your turn to play.

I hope Gaeta can pitch in, but I think my general advice since we're halfway there already is save any cards you want to play for their effects and play what you can otherwise. I think you should also save EMs since you can actually play those from Caprica.
