On which note, who's in for the next game? Not sure when exactly it'll start, probably not until this weekend at least, later if people have other commitments. Nonetheless, start it will. Who wants to be aboard?
That`s kinda brilliant, Laga.
I am out of the next round. My summer schedule is unpredictable. But I would like to observe again.
Profile email is good, billytea.
BSG
I'm in for the next game.
This is a question to a specific person but I'd feel odd sending it as an email or anything, so I figure this is as good a place as any:
Pete (Husband of Jilli), do you play Magic, and if so, do you have a self-themed deck with Unhinged cards like this one? [link]
Finally got caught up here. Being able to tear through the BSG game posts in about the speed the game would be played tabletop was pretty cool. That was some high drama (and some nice wise-cracking from both teams as well) in that game.
ION, I've finally been playing Dragon Age: Origins (I bought it when it first came out, but never took the time to sit down and play it.) Beat it once with an elf mage (and I love how your character's race/class has an effect on how some people treat you) and I'm playing through again with a human rogue, making some different choices. Also trying to use some different characters in my party for the banter/reactions to different NPCs.
Also decided to emotionally harden a couple of the characters the second time around after finding out it could be done to see what the difference is, but I felt like a complete jerk-face doing it. Especially with
Leiliana
Just having to say something callous to the one character wasn't so bad. But have to sit there and be emotionally manipulative with the other made me literally cringe.
Red Dead Redemption
I said, "I wish John Marston wasn't so much dumber than me."
F said, "Yeah but can you shoot like him?"
You know the mission where the guys says
he'll trade you Zhou for a white stallion? After he rode away I quick climbed the ladder to the roof of my adobe, got out my sniper rifle and picked him off when he was just out of range. In the morning I whistled for my hungarian half bred and he came.
It cost me 50 honor but it felt so good.

Yep, that was a pretty exciting one. You are of course welcome to join in the next game too. (I have an exam on June 10, at the moment I'm thinking it'll start after that.)
