Ouch, 4 random skill cards is not great. How's your hand, Kat? I doubt we could pass that skill check, although I think Destiny would be kind to us. Population is our highest resource, but I'd like to keep it high to allow for risking it on early jumps. I assume you don't have any SPs left.
It's possible we could pass the skill check if we get lucky, though. And, actually, Kat, if you're going to lose four cards if we don't try it, it may be worth giving it a go. Hm.
