Abso-damn-lutely! Then I could actually help. I think that if I got the Political Prowess, I couldn't use it because the check would have begun, but, hey, it's worth 6. Oh, and the Cylons don't have Treachery yet, so there's just a one in six chance Destiny will do something, if that.

The former. That card is badass. Even if you roll under four, you'll still destroy at least one Raider.
