I would love that! And yeah, everyone should join in!
'Never Leave Me'
The Great Write Way, Act Three: Where's the gun?
A place for Buffistas to discuss, beta and otherwise deal and dish on their non-fan fiction projects.
I would love to get back into drabbling, and Calli, I would love to see the poetry thing. That sounds like a great idea.
Great! The book on poetical forms is supposed to arrive between Friday and Monday, so I'll probably start around then. I'm looking forward to seeing people's drabbles, too!
I can try, though somebody else just passed on my book, so I'm not so sure that anyone wants to read anything of mine, ever. I'm not sure they ever have.(That urge that people had to put things in with the manuscript to see if they get disrupted? Makes even more sense in the age of the e-mail form letter, although I don't know how someone would do that, but I don't even feel like anyone looks at all the painstaking...homework they make me compile. But they all wish me good luck with lots of exclamations, which totally mitigates the sense that my creative work is about to join my actual life as The Southwest's greatest dead end, so, yay for that!
I actually just finished writing a chapter! I decided to put everything else aside tonight and treat myself to a little writing.
Yes, you should do that more often!
I committed writing, on the death of a colleague who was not all one thing: [link]
It still feels pretty incoherent in my head. I hope it's less so on the screen/page.
Seems clear to me, Karl. And truly compassionate.
Very clear. And more compassion than he extended, it seems.

Thanks Sparky - (hello friends, I should put this in the delurking thread. Sigh) - so many b.org hands in this new book. Thanks to Consuela and Kat, Javachik and Raq especially, with more to come.
