So a film school grad has asked if they can make a short, non-commercial film of a story they spotted on Daily Science Fiction - I'm mostly game, because hey, kind of fun! Anyone want to run pros/cons with me? Or have a lead on a suitable creative commons contract that's nc/ with attribution?
Also, go Erin on the essay !
If no one objects, I'm going to post drabble prompts on Mondays again. Either official hundred-word drabbles or whatever you feel like doing, but I miss them! So, someone join me?
I've been finding that I really miss some fun, no-pressure word play like that. And I've been getting the daily prompts from Figment but most of them are too complicated for a simple half-hour exercise.
And I'm having a really hard time figuring out the story for the new proposal, so I want to do something to get my brain moving. Or something.
Anyway, yay!
Oh, do. I am swamped, but I can use the practice.
ETA: You might want to put it in Press.
Oh, good call. Thank you!
Oh, this is a great idea! I threadsucked the GWW threads and read through all the drabbles and missed the quick bursts of creativity they inspired.
