Zoe: Don't think it's a good spot, sir. She still has the advantage over us. Mal: Everyone always does. That's what makes us special.

“Not dead yet!”

Typo, have you done a search on AgentQuery.com? You can do an advanced search where you can narrow down parameters and then if you come up with some names and need opinions on them, I'll be more than happy to check either on Pub Marketplace to see what deals they've made or if I've heard anything about them.

The more I learn, the more I realize how little I know.

One hundred words:

Voicemail from the local post office: “I'm sorry no one responded to your complaint sooner. I have spoken to your carrier, and in future packages will be delivered to the apartment complex office, as you indicated you preferred. I apologize for your inconvenience.”

Stop leaving packages leaning against my apartment door, where they can be seen and stolen. Stop folding and mutilating my mail. (I don't know what spindling is, but so far it hasn't been a problem.) And when I indicate my preferred response method is e-mail, don't call me on the phone!

Calli: My people have a saying. A man who trusts can never be betrayed, only mistaken.Avon: Life expectancy among your people must be extremely short.

Hi Barb. Even with narrowed down parameters I ended up 33 choices. So I've been going through one site and agent at a time to narrow to a reasonable number, and then I will forward to you for checking. Thank you so much!

“Not dead yet!”

Since you guys have been around for so very much of this, I figured it apropos that I mention here that after nearly three years, 97,137 words, a lot of tears and angst and more left turns to Albuquerque than Bugs Bunny himself could conceive of, I have finally finished Between Here & Gone, my 1960s-set women's fiction manuscript.

Ima fall down go boom, now.
