That's a good idea, Amy. It will keep my mind busy.
'Life of the Party'
The Great Write Way, Act Three: Where's the gun?
A place for Buffistas to discuss, beta and otherwise deal and dish on their non-fan fiction projects.
You know that was a kidding, "Don't make me turn this car around" tone, right?
But yes! I mean, I'll help, too. I want to get this rolling.
What if it sucks? What if it needs another rewrite? What if it's an epic fail?
It most emphatically does not suck and is not an epic fail. If it needs another rewrite, you rewrite.
You could also be spending your time turning it into a script for Pixar, which it would be perfect for.
I've got 14 and 15 read through. I'm done with Edmund extraction revising and back to regular revising!
Of course, since we are replacing all the windows in the house, it may be Thursday before I have time to get to the regular revising.
Edited because I made 'windows' a proper noun when I meant for it to be a regular noun. We're replacing the glass things one looks through, not computer operating systems.
Refurbishing the fenestration?
Refurbishing the fenestration?
Some of it at least. 19 new Low E windows.
Once everything is back in place, I'm on to chapter 17 and 18. The plot twists should start hitting in chapter 18, so I'm looking forward to that part of the revision.
Well, there is also the matter of painting the house, that will be a bit of work too.
That's adorable!
No time for writing last night, probably no time tonight either. Too much stuff going on. I got a message from a Beta Reader letting me know that she's on chapter 6 and is hooked on the story. That was nice to read in my e-mail when I'm otherwise frustrated by being bogged down.
I just thought of a way to make a bad situation even worse for my MC. I'll have to make a note, I'm a long ways from that point in my revision.
