I wrote about 1,000 words last night for chapter 6. I think that means I wrote 5,000 words Sunday. That was a good writing day. I was helped by having a couple of hours in the afternoon in addition to time at night.

Dang, Gud. It can take me an hour to squeeze out 100 words for a drabble. I am astounded at your word count.
That part had a lot of action. In those cases I can sometimes go almost as fast as I can type.
I have a heist coming up which will really slow me down. I'll need to do a lot of planning and drawing of floor plans.
I think that means I wrote 5,000 words Sunday.
I need to write 6,000 words by THURSDAY, and I'm panicking. Damn.

I'm just doing a first draft so the speed is deceptive. I'm trying not to pester my wife too much to read chapter 5 now that I'm done with it.
