Also, FTR, I think Wipeout looks hilarious!

Another GA note. Lexie and George actually works for me. She has the same wounded puppy thing that he has. And, fine, Karev just broke me. But honestly, the pity fuck from Izzy is NOT the way to go! My sense is also that we are getting Bailey back. Thank god. The building a house thing is kinda cool.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

I agree, Kat. The Karev/Izzy stuff was a definite weak spot, but I liked the rest of the finale. I am glad that the rest of them are back in better spots.

Perkins, me too! I so often find Izzy to be the weakest spot of this show. But I feel reassured that maybe next year won't suck.

Lord, that's a pretty stoop.

I want to remark on the visit to the futon place today. They are SO MY PEOPLE. Husband and wife setup, kinda crunchy. Wife is due in 13 days, you could see her tummy ripple. They were all chatty about how this was her third, first two from another marriage, 14 and 18. And interrupting phone calls with the drama-teens. And the part-timer was an office manager for a ped, gorgeous black woman with blue hair and the best jewelry ever. We exchanged jewelry sources. I have to say, they aren't purely polished professional (see angry teen phone calls and pregnant lady interrupting to sit down for braxton-hicks midquote) but that's my kind of sales shop. LOW PRESSURE, lots of facts.

I probably spent more time talking to them about stuff unrelated to me spending $$$ than not.

Honestly, I'll probably go back to them for a custom cover, just for that. I didn't today because I'd made enough choices and was at the end of my rope. And I have no fucking clue what kind of upholstery I want.

I'm so bummed. I missed out on getting a large cabin at crystal cove for cheap for thanksgiving. DAMN.

My neck hurts.

Bad Wolf

I bought a bedroom set and a mattress set today. I feel all grownsed up and stuff. Too bad they won't deliver it til like June 12th, looks like I'm going to get pretty comfortable with my couch.

Punishingly Intricate

One of the blogs I read was just suggesting that they should have kept the character as Michael and set it up as a Fresh Prince scenario.

Oh! Genius!!! Good for him for getting work anyway.

I want to remark on the visit to the futon place today. They are SO MY PEOPLE.

What was this place?! Not that I really need a futon or anything.

It's Fells Point Futon on Fleet Street. Strictly futons, covers and frames. Of the high quality sort. Fun, low-pressure peoples.

That was my guess! Now I kind of wish I did need a futon!
