Oh, thank god. I don't have to flip out and quit my job now.
I just need to document in case this crap ever happens again. That, I can do.

One article linked to in Wikipedia's entry, interviewing some of the lawmen who were involved in the raid, contradicts that notion, as apparently you still had a fair number of seriously underaged "wives" in the situation.
Ooh! Which one?
(I've been reading about this for years. The whole situation tests my concepts of what is and is not free will.)
what was that book about the scientist who made intelligent dogs who walked upright and had hands?
The Walt Disney Story?

here it is. Creepy but good:Lives of the Monster Dogs
I have that book! I enjoyed it.
It sounds like a simple thing but it really works. Write EVERYTHING down, from "buy brown belt that fits" to "start chapter 4 of new book" to "start calling mom more." For as long as the list is current your mind will buzz less with liminal reminders.
This is what I started doing this week, for work. Which is good, because it has been CRAZY. Unfortunately, in 3 days, I have 19 items and only 7.5 crossed off. But that's the crazy.
I have that book too! It's pretty good, though not phenomenal. Interesting, though.
Lives of the Monster Dogs
Disappointed me but now I don't remember why. I expected it to be a lot better than it was.
