This isn't a come-on. I'm in a very serious relationship with a landscape architect.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

They got to 13 episodes, aurelia. 10 was just aired. I'm trying not to see the upcoming ep titles, because this is a fun one to be unspoiled for. And I like the idea of there being a show it's fun to be unspoiled for.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Maybe I'll add that to the queue if it comes out on DVD.

Wait, is this real-world child support, where the money goes to buy food for the kids, or MRA fantasyland child support where the women just buy Ferraris and cocaine? -Jessica

Kristen came over and put up my new curtain rods, curtains, and shades, and they look awesome.

I'm almost done painting the living room. I put up new switchplates, they are the kind where you can insert your own design. So I used black and white polka dot ribbon on sparkly white paper and my little vampire bat stamp. They look Jilli-rific.

It's starting to feel more like my place, though I still have quite a bit of unpacking to do.

Hope everyone's mom's day was made of rawk.

Because books.

Oh, awesome.

I'll never forget when I saw Morgan Freeman on the street in the Village when I was in college. He'd been in a lot of stuff by then (although not as much as now, obviously), but my reaction was still, "Hey! It's Easy Reader!"

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

My dad used the paid version of Sketchup to design the new cabin my parents had built in Canada. It was pretty neat.

I am waiting for the plumber.

I am also trying to send my timesheet into my boss. Groupwise Remote, on my old computer and on dial up is excruciatingly slow. I am getting less and less paitent with this computer. I think I may break down and get a new one within the year, and I always said that when I got a new computer, I'd finally switch to high speed. I may get in the 21 century with the rest of y'all soon.

The plumbers are here! They are like Jay and Silent Bob. One is all chatty and the other one hasn't said a word!
