Because books.

Oh, awesome.

I'll never forget when I saw Morgan Freeman on the street in the Village when I was in college. He'd been in a lot of stuff by then (although not as much as now, obviously), but my reaction was still, "Hey! It's Easy Reader!"

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Google has a 3D modelling tool for free-

My dad used the paid version of Sketchup to design the new cabin my parents had built in Canada. It was pretty neat.

I am waiting for the plumber.

I am also trying to send my timesheet into my boss. Groupwise Remote, on my old computer and on dial up is excruciatingly slow. I am getting less and less paitent with this computer. I think I may break down and get a new one within the year, and I always said that when I got a new computer, I'd finally switch to high speed. I may get in the 21 century with the rest of y'all soon.

The plumbers are here! They are like Jay and Silent Bob. One is all chatty and the other one hasn't said a word!

I am loving Sue's toilet-watch-and-post. Carry on! (Also, please photograph the toilet in your yard; needs to be documented.)

They tried to auger it out, but it's too big to go around the bend. They just attempt to use a blow torch to melt the plastic bottle, but that doesn't seem to be working.

Finally! The blow torch melted enough of the bottle, and they pulled the rest out with pliers. Success!

Of course, all the nosy neighbors have driven by while the toilet is outside. I'm sure I'll be the talk of the street this evening.

Flea, I'd take a picture, but I can't find my camera.
